FASTRACK FIRST TO GO LIVE WITH EXPRESSROUTE VIA NEW CONNECTIVITY SWITCHING FABRIC

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Fastrack Technology is the first company to go live with an ExpressRoute connection through AXONVX in NEXTDC’s M1 data centre facility.

Built on a dynamic high-speed switching fabric, AXONVX is a private virtual exchange offering reliable and secure connections between data centres and cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

Fastrack Technology is one of Australia’s leading IT solutions providers specialising in cloud, networking and infrastructure solutions and the connection to ExpressRoute via AXONVX further enables Fastrack Technology’s network offerings and cloud services.

“Delivering connectivity options through AXONVX is a great enabler for Fastrack Technology in that it expands our customers’ access to high performance, geographically distributed connectivity for their Microsoft Azure cloud environments and helps realise a true ‘pay for consumption’ billing model”, said Nathan Nogic, Commercial Director at Fastrack Technology.

NEXTDC General Manager, Channel Sales and NSW Sales, Steve Martin, has a close working relationship with Fastrack.

“We have been working with the team at Fastrack for some time now,” said Steve, “and they clearly understand the Microsoft Azure story and how to provide their customers with a secure, private connection via ExpressRoute. They have seen great value in the channel-first approach NEXTDC has taken with the AXONVX platform.”
