The last 12 months have shaken many organisations to the core. Normal life stopped for more than one billion people and employers have shut offices around the world. Over 4.3 million Australians have been working from home since the beginning of the pandemic and as a result, office vacancies have increased to the highest levels in two decades. Australian workers will continue to work from home this year, with 60 percent saying they will do so two-to-three days a week, even after the restrictions have eased.

Although many businesses have accelerated their adoption of cloud collaboration tools, remote working has has introduced additional challenges to organisations' network, connectivity and security capabilities.
