Fastrack is a premier partner to some of the world's best vendors and provides best practice design, deployment, managed and support services for Office365, Microsoft Azure, private and hybrid cloud, Windows Intune, SCCM, data centre and infrastructure solutions.

We are looking for an Account Executive based out of Sydney to join our growing team. The right candidate will enjoy a flexible and rewarding environment while being responsible for the delivery of great customer relationships and consistent quota attainment. The role

The Account Executive is responsible for new and renewing sales across Australia and managing existing relationships with our national customer base. They will be responsible for the sales pipeline, planning and execution in order to meet or exceed assigned sales objectives. This role is also responsible for owning the key customer relationships and helping to ensure great technical and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Build long term relationships
  • Generate compelling business cases and promote commercial solution benefits
  • Develop, implement and measure sales strategies and plans
  • Consistently and accurately forecast results to management
  • Manage and grow opportunity pipeline
  • Achieve or exceed quota
Mandatory requirements
  • 5+ years infrastructure sales experience within complex or large customers
  • 5+ years relevant enterprise relationship and sales experience
  • Ability to excel in both a team and independent work environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to craft flexible and mutually beneficial commercial offerings
  • Demonstrate a solid relationship base and good relationship skills

Desirable requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure solutions including cloud and on premises offerings
  • Knowledge of data center, networking and infrastructure solutions
  • Ability to create and manage long term engagements
  • Demonstrate commercial and solution flexibility
  • Multiple years of successful quota attainment
  • Demonstrate customer relationships grounded in mutually beneficial outcomes over multiple years
