About the role
As the Business Development Executive, you’ll be driving the sales process from start to finish. Your role is vital to building long-term relationships with our customers. Basically, we’re looking for someone motivated and keen to own their role and who will stop at nothing to give our customers an “above & beyond” experience.
The ideal candidate
- At least 5 years of business development and account management experience in the technology industry, specifically in datacenter, cloud and networking products and services.
- Outstanding organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, positive, driven and result oriented. Excited to take initiative.
- Willing to be an integral player in the early stages of an expanding global team.

Required Skills:
- Lead new opportunities through consultative selling across our range of datacentre, networking, and collaboration products and services.
- Actively seek out new opportunities to add value for our existing customers through active account management.
- Work with our marketing and Partnerships teams to find new clients and open up opportunities for new sales.
- Work directly with our customers, partners, and internal teams to design unique customer-specific solutions.
- Be a trusted point of contact for our customers and advocate for them at every turn.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills, ability to work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident, tenacious, and professional.
Nature of Travel:
Likely be required to travel to customers around the US as leads come up.
